3.5" x 3.5" Notecard Box

After making the notecards on Friday I needed a box to gift them in and chose to follow the design from Amanda Charlesworth AKA Scrimpingmommy

The materials needed are as follows

Supplies

Whisper White Cardstock

Real Red Cardstock

All is Bright DSP

Merry Merlot Ink Pad

Sentiment from Merry Christmas to All Photopolymer stamp set

Tombow Glue

Method

1. Cut your Whisper White card stock down to 10.5" x 7 3/4"
2. Score on the long side at 3 3/4" - 4 3/4" - 8 1/2" - 9 1/2"
3. Score on the short side at 1" - 2" - 5 3/4" - 6 3/4"
4. Please see diagram in video for where to cut and glue
5. once constructed you then need to cut your DSP down to 3" x 3"
6. Cut your Real Red Cardstock down to 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
7. layer the DSP on to the real Read cardstock as central as you can
8. Then adhere them to the front of your box
9. On a scrap of Real Red cut to 3 1/2" long stamp your sentiment using Merry Merlot it matches the shadowed area in the DSP so works perfectly.
10. and your done or you can embellish further with trims, ribbon or embellishments its up to you.

These are perfect for sticking in your handbag or in the car glove compartment for any last minute cards you have forgotten about (we always do it every year)
